BuffetHome is a technology platform owned and operated by Dreamlore LLC, enabling buffet restaurants to receive by-the-pound delivery orders via DoorDash and Uber Eats. Dreamlore LLC is a technology intermediary, not a restaurant or delivery company.
BuffetHome, including its website, mobile apps, logo, and all content, is the exclusive property of Dreamlore LLC. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Monthly fees are billed in advance. Per-order commissions are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Dreamlore LLC is not liable for delivery delays, food safety issues from restaurant preparation, or indirect damages exceeding your monthly subscription fee.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration.

Monthly subscription fees paid to Dreamlore LLC (operator of BuffetHome) are non-refundable once billed. You retain access through the end of your paid period upon cancellation.
Customers who receive incorrect items, significantly underweight portions (more than 10% below ordered weight), or spoiled items may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@buffethome.com with photo evidence.
For iOS App Store purchases, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. For Google Play purchases, refunds are subject to Google's refund policy.
